We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manufacturing Manager for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Hatfield.

The Operations Manufacturing Manager will oversee all aspects of our production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. You will manage our skilled artisans, implement process improvements, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Lead daily jewellery manufacturing operations to meet quality standards and production timelines.

• Supervise and mentor production staff, ensuring a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and safety.

• Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma practices to optimize production workflows and reduce waste.

• Manage relationships with suppliers for raw materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

• Ensure all operations adhere to health, safety, ethical sourcing, and industry-specific compliance standards.

• Oversee logistics related to the import and export of materials and finished goods, coordinating with customs and freight companies as needed.

• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets are met.
