JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Administrator to join our team and help ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational efficiency across our aerospace manufacturing and engineering operations.
As a Quality Administrator, you’ll be a key support to our Quality Engineering teams, helping to maintain and enhance our world-class aerospace quality systems. Your role will ensure precision, compliance, and efficiency in all aspects of quality management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting Quality Engineering teams with transactional tasks such as MRB processing, data analysis, and returned parts handling.
Organising and coordinating meetings, audits, and reviews across multiple sites.
Maintaining and updating quality documentation, including audit findings, corrective actions, procedures, and system instructions.
Assisting in the redaction, restructuring, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
Ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting in support of quality objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office systems.
Ability to manage priorities and workload effectively, both independently and collaboratively.
High standards of discipline, accuracy, and professionalism.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
Experience working to ISO 9001 / 5001 standards; aerospace quality experience is a strong advantage.
