My client is a leading UK construction company. As a fast-growing company they offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and innovative Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

About the Role

This role supports the Commercial team and Project Delivery Teams, assisting with the day-to-day commercial control, reporting, and management of multiple projects from initial award to final account.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting Surveyors and Project Managers to achieve forecasted financial returns.

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.

• Supporting tender preparation and project costing when required.

• Monitoring and reporting project costs, forecasting, and ensuring alignment with cost plans.

• Managing cost variances, cash flow, and timely applications.

• Assisting with monthly valuations and cash flow forecasts.

• Supporting procurement and subcontractor account management through to completion.

• Assisting with issuing hours against programme items and variations.
