Looking for a role where you can take the lead on meaningful projects, help shape a growing team, and enjoy the backing of a well-established consultancy? This is a standout opportunity to join an employee-owned civil and structural engineering firm known for its collaborative culture, technical excellence, and long-term client relationships. With six offices across the UK and a reputation for high-quality work, they offer services across structural and civil engineering, building surveying, and expert witness support.

Meeting clients, defining project scopes, preparing proposals, and supporting business growth in the region
Carrying out structural surveys, assessments, reporting, and contract administration
Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard—on time, within budget, and in line with regulations
REQUIREMENTS
Degree-qualified Civil or Structural Engineer (ideally Chartered, or working towards CEng with ICE or IStructE)
Strong experience with building structures, structural assessments, and refurbishment projects

Excellent communication and team leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and mentoring
Commercially aware, with good knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards
